Decades of coaching leaders from all backgrounds has shown us that simply working harder does not result in greater productivity. Professionals who are attuned to their habits and blind spots, curious about those around them, and focused on what is meaningful to them tend to make the most valuable contributions.
We call our work integral because we include everything about the client and the client’s world in our approach. This includes what the client is aware of along with potential—what could be brought about through focused, skillful methods. We look at how the client represents themself and also their social world, habits, relationship with their body, the quality of self-care, the amount of attention and energy available to take on change, and much more.
Integral means attending to the individuality of a person as well as the social context in which we are always embedded: the language(s) we speak, the culturally specific practices we engage in, the relationships we are a part of and the history of the groups we belong to. Additionally, we are always in a shared physical environment that includes nature and human artifacts; and our background, sense of possibility and our mood are shaped by the physical space we’re in.
We offer one-on-one coaching programs dealing with anything from career advancement to life purpose. For your team, we offer programs to increase productivity through effective communication. We also train internal coaches to continue to build their level of skill and effectiveness. We have an international network of partners to support organizations with a multi-national presence.
